Before accepting a last minute order, we’ll always first ensure that we’re able to maintain our customer-renowned high quality, and won’t need to make any compromises during the production process in order to meet the given deadline.
In some cases, we won’t be able to accept a last minute order. Typically this is due to one of two things: one, the order was placed during a busy period such as Christmas or the back to school period. Two, the order is complex, and we don’t feel confident about being able to achieve our desired quality within the given time frame; in this case, we will always offer you an alternative deadline, which you’re free to accept or reject.
