Printed supplement dispenser for health company. The individually tailored supplements are fulfilled into the printed carton dispenser. They are then inserted into the outer mailing box and despatched to the customer. Our task was to design & print a box that could hold the supplements securely. In addition the dispenser must allow easy release of each supplement sachet. We designed and manufactured the outer mailing box to prevent damamge to the dispenser. We then picked, packed and delivered finished boxes for our client to post out individually.

A BOX DESIGN THAT PROTECTS THE PRODUCT IN THE POST

A damaged or crushed carton would result in the sachets not being dispensed properly. Therefore, a printed supplement dispenser needs to arrive with the customer in perfect condition. By engineering the outer mailing box in E-flute meant that the internal dispenser would be protected from anything the postal system could throw at it. Designed without the need for a glue strip meant that the self locking design could be produced quickly and for less cost. The E Flute material chosen is an FSC board that is fully recyclable reducing the environmental impact of production.

Choosing the right finish for your printing

SIMPLE DESIGN FOR DISPENSING SUPPLEMENT SACHETS

The printed supplenet dispenser has perforated release tab at the base of the unit. By pulling this away allows each supplement sachet to pop out. The next sachet then automatically drops down ready to be used for the bext occasion. Cardboard engineering can involve several prototypes and testing. Our team have vast experience which results is much faster production times from ‘Concept to Completion’.
